Kandi Eyez & More, LLC does not accept cancellations after purchases. Please be sure of your purchase before placing an order. Once orders are submitted, they are processed immediately, and we are unable to make any changes to them or cancel them.
Exchanges
We only replace defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]. Item must unused and in original packaging.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept exchanges, refunds, or returns for any reason. ALL sales are final. Kandi Eyez & More, L.L.C. reserves the right to refuse all returns.
